Founded with a vision for Tulsa’s talent pipeline, Campus Tulsa is powered by a highly skilled team of education and workforce innovators.
Campus Tulsa was founded in the fall of 2020 in response to the growing need for bachelor degree holders in Oklahoma. While there are over 67,000 college degree holders within a 50 mile radius of Tulsa, for the workforce to meet Tulsa’s growth trajectory, especially in skilled and niche areas, the city needs to take a systematic approach to attracting and retaining college graduates. Campus Tulsa exists to help college students fall in love with Tulsa & launch their careers at area businesses and nonprofits after they graduate.
The data shows internships are a critical factor for both companies and students when landing in full-time jobs after graduation.
Tulsa is a city on the rise, experiencing a boom in innovation fields — especially tech. To meet the needs of this growth, we have to develop and diversify our talent. Internships are the first step in attracting skilled, ambitious, young professionals to work in Tulsa.
We help companies design and launch internship programs that focus on the student experience and drive success.
We take an intentional approach to growing awareness among diverse community and student groups to ensure diversity in the application, selection, and internship hiring process.
We offer both companies and students resources to ensure that intern needs are met — onboarding, housing, enrichment events.
